The concept of making gelato was came up in September of 2021, as a vision motivated by the joy of newness and redefining the dessert category as something completely different. What began as a visceral curiosity quickly transformed into an experience of stimulation based on gelato where Indian flavors dance with artisanal Italian recipes.
We believed in mixing up traditional Indian ingredients which carry depth of flavor with the creamy flourish of Italian technique, and we wanted to build more than just frozen desserts we wanted to create experiences. Each flavor is a story, shaped by childhood experiences, intense spices, and the intrigue associated with uncovering the unexpected with every single bite.
From small batch experimentation to recreating textures and balance in flavor, every spoonful demonstrates our commitment to quality, originality, and cultural exchange. What started as a passion project is now a celebration of flavor where east meets west, and every spoonful is a bit of nostalgia and a bit of the new.
